Our honeymoon stay was quite special, with a lovely apartment that had a very enjoyable hot tub. The breakfast choices were delicious and well-cooked, making mornings delightful. However, the room could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, and there was a minor issue with the hot tub jets. Overall, it was an impressive stay with a few small areas for improvement.
I recently enjoyed a wonderful Christmas break at Merchants Manor, where the staff truly made our experience special, with their warmth and attentiveness. The food was absolutely delightful, particularly the festive offerings, which added to the overall charm of our stay. However, there were minor issues with the room's size and the view, which could have been better. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable holiday experience, and I'm already looking forward to returning.
We had an outstanding mini break at Merchants Manor, where the self-catering apartments exceeded our expectations with their thoughtful design and luxurious beds. The staff were truly exceptional, from our warm welcome to the excellent dining experience in the restaurant. The only downside was the chaotic breakfast timing, but overall, it was a fantastic stay that we can't wait to repeat.

However, the afternoon tea service left much to be desired, feeling neglected during that part of our visit. The hotel had a charming atmosphere and decent facilities, which made up for some of the service hiccups we encountered.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Merchants Manor Hotel and Spa. While the communal areas and pool were lovely, and the staff tried their best to be accommodating, I was left disappointed with the room quality and value for money. The dining experience was exceptional, but overall, I expected more given the prices charged, feeling it didn't quite hit the high-end mark they advertise.
